• Emigratie. After Jim posted the 1943 Eighth grade graduation picture of Joseph Dhulster, I searched for him in high school annuals, since I have 1938 to 1948. I found his pictures in 1945 as a Sophomore, in 1946 as a Junior and his Senior picture in 1947. As a freshman, he was involved in Student Council. He was in B-squad basketball as a Sophomore and Junior. As a Senior, he took auto mechanics.

In looking through the annual, I saw that he graduated with Ray Perkins, a local retired policeman. I called Ray and learned the following, which is printed with Ray's permission: After High School graduation, Joseph joined the Army. Ray remembers that he was in Army Intelligence. Meantime, Ray Perkins contacted polio and was extremely ill in Holy Rosary Hospital in 1953. Joseph's wife, who was a nurse trainee at the hospital told Ray that Joseph also had been admitted to the hospital with Polio, but he was not as ill as Ray. Ray says that night unfortunately Joseph died. Ray wanted to go to the funeral, but was too weak to attend. Joseph is buried in Calvary Cemetery in Section L North, lot 59. Omer trouwde met Theresa F Kunda, dochter van John Paul Kunda en Della Lorbecki, op 21 Okt 1951 in Miles City, Montana. (Theresa F Kunda werd geboren in 1930 in Wibaux Montana USA en overleed in 2002.)
